When emailing support for digital goods and services, please provide your download code in the body of your email so it may be investigated and validated.  We repair codes, and we cannot repair what is not provided.

Also, we do not do refunds on digital goods, and we will make sure that you receive your files.  If you have a code that is over a year old, then we will need to work to re-activate your code, expired codes can be reset and we will make sure you are helped.
