Please visit our site online and either initiate a chat, or if we are not online you will be asked to open a ticket with us which happens when you leave us a message, and you will receive an email confirmation with your ticket number automatically. – please do not contact any external party unless you have a ticket number as this I your reference. Do not contact the booking agent, or any other staff member as ticket are answered in the order they are received.

If we are online, you will be assigned a ticket number and information will be emailed to you using that ticket.  If we are not, a ticket number will be generated when you contact us.

If you do not have a ticket number or do not contact us, we cannot assist you until you obtain one.

Ticket numbers are used to send marketing materials, and to track our progress and yours, any notes or assets are sent using this ticket number, which is why these are so important.

We NO LONGER schedule tour marketing calls, you can call us or text us at: 502-381-3119. If we are on a call, please leave a voice mail. Allow us 24 hours to respond, although we will try to get back to you asap.  You will be asked for your ticket number.

The chat is on the bottom left of our site, and if we are online we will respond immediately.  If not, again you will be prompted to leave a message and automatically assigned a ticket number.

This will provide a more balance time frame, fewer missed calls or wrong numbers, and a paper trail for your event.  We want you to be successful, and by following this process, we can better assist everyone.
